Airless shot blasting pretreatment line  takes advantage of centrifugal force created during the impeller rotating at high speed which blasting abrasives onto steel surface to be treated with great linear velocity, for impacting and grinding, so as to remove oxide layer and rust corrosion on the steel surface and expose natural metal color, forming a certain roughness.High efficient airless shot blasting treatment can be under air-proof condition, with dust suction device free of environmental pollution. If it is equipped with automated painting unit, it can reach to integration of dust removal-painting (for temporary maintenance) shop primer and automatization flow production. It is applicable to batches of sheet material, metal sheet, and ship steel.
